Every move is quoted individually after a free survey, because the cost depends on your home size, floor, lift availability, goods volume, packing grade and distance. We never quote blind on the phone — a supervisor inspects your goods (in person or by video call) and you receive one fixed, itemised written quotation covering packing, labour and transport. The quote we give is the price you pay — no hidden extras.

For local moves, booking 3–5 days in advance is usually sufficient. For domestic or long-distance moves, and during the peak season (month-end, summer holidays and festival periods), we recommend booking 7–10 days in advance so we can reserve the right vehicle and crew for your preferred date.

Yes. We offer full-value transit insurance that protects your belongings against accidents, fire, theft and natural calamities during the journey. Our team will explain the coverage, premium and claim process before your move so you can choose the protection level that suits your consignment.

We use multi-layer packing — waterproof lamination, corrugated sheets, bubble wrap, thermocol, foam corner guards, stretch film and sturdy wooden crating for fragile items like glass tables, mirrors, appliances and crockery. Every carton is labelled room-wise so unpacking at the new home is quick and organised.

Yes. Every consignment gets a dedicated move coordinator who shares regular updates on WhatsApp or by phone. Our fleet vehicles stay in contact with our control room throughout the journey, and for long-distance moves you also receive the driver's contact number and live location updates.

Absolutely. Our crews are specially trained to pack kitchens (crockery, cutlery, gas stove, mixer-grinder), electronics (TV, refrigerator, washing machine, computer) and delicate items (mirrors, paintings, chandeliers, idols). We use original-box packing for appliances where available and custom wooden crating for high-value fragile pieces.

Yes, we transport cars and motorcycles across India using enclosed car carriers and bike trailers with proper wheel chocking, strapping and soft wrapping. We also offer shared and dedicated vehicle options depending on your budget and delivery timeline.

For safety and legal reasons we do not transport hazardous materials, inflammable items (petrol, LPG cylinders, paints), explosives, live plants, pets, perishable food or illegal goods. Jewellery, cash and important documents are best carried personally.

Yes. Our secure home storage and warehousing facility in Jodhpur offers short-term and long-term storage with 24x7 security, CCTV surveillance, pest control and fire safety. It is ideal when your new home is not ready, or when you need extra space during renovation.
